1. Subscription Fees
All subscription payments, plan upgrades, and renewals made on Diginine Hub are final and non-refundable. When you purchase or renew a monthly or yearly plan, you receive immediate access to the corresponding workspace features, limits, and CRM/CMS services.
2. Workspace Credits
Top-ups of Workspace Credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. Credits are virtual balances designed solely for purchasing token packages or funding plan renewals inside the Diginine Hub platform. Please verify your top-up amount before completing the payment gateway transaction.
3. Token Purchases and Usage
Token packages purchased using payment gateways or Workspace Credits are immediately consumed to increase your AI prompt limits or data bandwidth. Since these resources are allocated instantly, all token purchases are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions and Billing Inquiries
If you believe a billing error has occurred, or you have been double-charged by the payment gateway, please contact our support center within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing discrepancy is found, apply credit or process a correction where appropriate.
