1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a workspace or using any services provided by Diginine Hub (including our CMS, CRM, Social Automation, Finance, AI, and Public API modules), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Workspace and User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials, API keys, and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Each workspace is subject to resources limits (sites, storage, AI tokens, etc.) defined by its active subscription plan.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Diginine Hub to publish illegal or harmful content, send spam, distribute malware, disrupt public API endpoints, misuse AI token limits, or violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Workspace Credits
Subscription renewals, upgrades, and purchases of token packages are billed in accordance with our current pricing plans. You can top up Workspace Credits to fund auto-renewals or package purchases. Workspace Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into real currency.
